Provides a dedicated support activity for the intended business model ‘use’ programme. It comprises a nominal 10 days of consultancy across 12 months. It also includes resource (support) priority, additional materials, and any related content as required.
Ongoing post-delivery support is highly recommended and offered as an option to the dedicated ‘train the trainer’ workshop packages. This option has been highly successful with our clients in the past and would entail putting in place an ongoing team (or individual) mentoring programme to ensure the learned material is meticulously supported as its integrated and put into practice in complete alignment to the strategic business objectives.
