Description

This highly effective, interactive model makes ‘decision making’ an absolute breeze. Every step of the decision-making process can be checked, reviewed or questioned at any time, so if you need to explain how you reached a particular decision you just need to present your strategic rationale invite an audience and take them through it step by step. You could even get the executive team to calibrate your thinking in a live presentation environment.

The model itself comprises of (up to) 10 ‘Attributions’ of measurement (KPI’s, Emotional, Performance, etc. …you decide what to measure) which are then individually weighted in accordance with their relative important against each other. Up to 5 alternatives (possible solutions) are then presented to the model, for example, individual Products / Services / Concerns etc. whereby each possible alternative is measured against the weighted Attributes of measurement. The process concludes/results in the Decision Analysis model calculating the percentage fit of each alternative against the weighted attribution reference.

In summary, this is an extremely quick and efficient way to make ‘structured’ decisions (…or positioning) which can then form part of an executive presentation on virtually any subject.
